Refer a Friend Program.
By participating in our 'Refer-a-Friend' program, either by way of 'Referrer' or 'Referred Customer’ you are subject to Coco Cosmetic Tattoo’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Coco Cosmetic Tattoo’s Refer-a-Friend program:
When you refer a friend, you and your friend have the opportunity to earn a $50 treatment credit with us. In order to qualify for a $50 treatment credit,
1.) Your referred friend 'Referred Customer’ must mention you as their referrer during their first treatment with us. They will then receive an exclusive $50 discount on their treatment.
2.) Once your referred friend has completed their first treatment with us, you the 'Referrer' will then receive a $50 credit to use towards your own next treatment with us.
Your friend 'Referred Customer’ must be a new customer to qualify you for $50 off. 'Referrer' or 'Referred Customer’ credit cannot be used with any other offer promotion or sale and is applied to full RRP treatments only. For every new friend you refer that completes a booking, you will receive a $50 credit to use towards your next treatment. Referrer's codes will expire 2 years after being issued. Credit is redeemable at the point of sale for your next treatment. Your credit must be used within 24 months.
Qualified Referral: A Qualified Referral is defined as a new client ("Referred Customer") who books and completes their first transaction with us. Your referred friend 'Referred Customer’ must mention you as their referrer during their first treatment with us. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat treatments/purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
Referral Rewards: For you to earn referral rewards as a ‘Referrer’, the ‘Referred Customer’ must have completed their first Qualified Referral treatment with us.
Right to Close Accounts: Coco Cosmetic Tattoo reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use Coco Cosmetic Tattoo’s Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms: Coco Cosmetic Tattoo reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
